Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive GTM plans Localise and optimise campaign creative for the US market Brief in all campaign creative to ensure alignment with brand objectives Partner with internal and external teams to develop holistic media plans Oversee channel planning and briefing processes for paid media campaigns Stay abreast of new media partners and opportunities Analyse e-retail and Amazon sales data to identify growth opportunities Develop partner-specific marketing programs Lead updates for product detail pages across e-retail and Amazon Collaborate with global marketing teams to execute tailored digital content strategies for retail partners. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Search and Display in collaboration with agencies. Utilise internal business data to provide insights on portfolio and marketing initiative performance. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform future strategies. Partner with the D2C department to enhance customer loyalty and support acquisition efforts. Stay informed about skincare market trends and recommend new product opportunities based on US consumer insights. Contribute ad hoc to forecasting, budgeting, and other operational needs. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Extensive experience in brand management or related roles within the skincare, beauty, or cosmetic industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making and reporting. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with retail partners; Amazon experience is advantageous. Track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns. Experience working with media agencies and leading media campaigns. Location: New York
