US International Tax Senior ManagerHybrid remote in Chicago, ILDirectly work with Senior Director of Tax Reporting and Compliance

Responsibilities
• Lead U.S. international tax compliance• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax accounting• Grow and develop a team of tax professionals• Manage completion of required U.S. federal corporate income tax forms• Track CFC, Earnings and Profits, Previously Taxed Income/ Basis• Assist with Pillar II implementation• Assist with general function for U.S. tax compliance• Assist with calculations required under ASC 740• Assist with international tax software maintenance• Support Aon foreign operations with international tax matters
Requirements
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting required• 8-10+ years of progressive work experience in international tax• MST and/or CPA preferred• Experience at a company with global operations and/or public accounting firm• Knowledge and experience of 2017 tax reform• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Solid financial and business acumen• Self-starter with strong work ethic• Working knowledge of computer software applications
