Job summary
Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for our consumer deposit clients.Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues.Answer high volume of calls, emails and live chats

Responsibilities
• Investigate and clarify customer requests, research and explore alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution, appropriately close and disposition interactions• Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolve issues; escalate complex issues as necessary• Gain deep knowledge and expertise within the banking industry, understand and apply appropriate procedures and regulations while maintaining complete confidentiality.• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate• Suggest and Pioneer new processes and resources to make support workflows more efficient• Regular and punctual attendance is an absolute requirement
Requirements
• HS Diploma• Minimum 5+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry
