Responsibilities
• Resolve member related issues and assist with transactions• Engage members in solutions based conversations• Uncover financial values and gather short-term and long-term goals• Educate members on self-service basic transactions• Contribute to branch goals and support business priorities• Adhere to policies, procedures, and laws and regulations• Thrive in a team-focused environment• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience• Cash handling experience required• Strong sales and referral disposition required• High School Diploma or GED required• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities• Basic computer knowledge• Understanding of business and operating environment• Accountability for assigned tasks• Ability to understand product and service offerings
