ID: ******** Shift: 8/10 hours - varied shifts Description: 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.Candidate must have credentials and NM state licensing (medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy). The fee is $110 (responsibility of the traveler or agency).Email License To: Tammy for application: be registered in vascular as RVT or RVS by ARDMS or CCI and have NM state ultrasound licensee -RVT/RVS required.BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred.EXPERIENCE:2 years experience in current specialty required.Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. The individual must demonstrate skills necessary to function in the Echo lab. Candidatemust be able to perform general and vascular, . Candidate musthave advanced knowledge in basic knowledge of imaging equipment. Candidate must be able to work cohesively with other team members.Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.SHIFTS: 12-14hour variable shift positionShift start 0800/0700.On Call requirements Y if yes details Yes, Sunday ******** and vacation coverageWeekend requirements Y if yes details Yes Fri ******** , Sat ******** , Sun ******** Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.SCRUBS: Required and provided by the facility. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. 2.
