About the role: As a UI/UX Designer at VivSoft, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our products and web portals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to understand user needs and business requirements. n Responsibilities:Be committed to bringing joy and caring about end users.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and products.Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.Collaborate with content creators to update and refresh website content, ensuring compliance with federal 508 standards.Implement design improvements to enhance the overall aesthetics and user engagement.Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives.Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to various stakeholders.Ensure designs are responsive and provide a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes. Skills / QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI).5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and digital products.Knowledge and proven ability to meet federal Section 508 compliance standards.A passion for user experience and HCD. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and successful projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and content refresh initiatives.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
