INVISTA has an immediate opening for a Turnaround Execution Leader. This role is based out of our facility in Victoria, TX and has responsibilities for site planned major maintenance activities associated with event strategic planning, preparation, field planning, field execution coordination and post event closeout. This is a key role supporting the Turnaround Team in all event phases providing leadership, supports creating a winning team culture that results in optimal readiness and successful execution of events. This position will report to the Site Turnaround Leader. What You Will Do Lead / facilitating large group discussions or meetings. Facilitate early engagement TA meetings for event strategic planning and Core Team Support adherence to the TA work process and readiness roadmap Support project events assigned during all phases: Pre, Execution, Post Apply understanding of scheduling philosophy and analyze progress. Support & monitor adherence to the schedule and resource prioritization. Facilitate schedule reviews, manpower loading, ramp up & ramp down plans. Ensure proper integration of all work/phases/projects into the master schedule. Support field execution effort during events, monitoring productivity and manpower. Support developing and facilitating contractor onboarding process and training. Support the TA communication effort for the team and site. Engage key stakeholders for alignment on priorities, initiatives, and processes. Support capturing lessons learned and creating action plans and track progress Communicate early and often on issues, opportunities, and solutions appropriately. Participate / support logistics plan development for each event. Fill in as necessary for TA Manager or another team member as necessary. Work in hot, cold, and inclement climate conditions. Climb stairs and ladders, wear all necessary PPE. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Five (5) or more years' experience in planning & execution for TA's or major maintenance events Five (5) or more years' experience in a leadership or supervisor role Experience in leading Critical events or Event Command Able to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, or holidays as necessary to meet business needs. What Will Put You Ahead Proficiency and knowledge of environmental, health & safety relative to TA event activities. Experience with SAP, IPS, Navitrack, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Visio, P6, TRACK Intermediate proficiency with scheduling software i.e. Primavera or other Experience developing cost estimates, presentations, pivot tables and metrics Proficient with the MOC process and able to partner with resources to achieve milestones.
