Plans and prepares work schedules in accordance with Labor Scheduler and assigns employees to specific duties. Interview and select full-time (and part-time) employees for maximum flexibility. Coordinates training for employees. Evaluates performance, implements disciplinary procedures as required and properly documents actions. Responsible for weekly and monthly marketing audits. Follow all preventive maintenance procedures and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance equipment checks. Place orders for soap, chemicals, and parts to maintain appropriate inventory and manage all supplies. Leads by positive example Wow the customer- May have to wipe down, vacuum, or wash vehicles Audit and perform cash management duties, as well as all office accounting.
