Responsibilities
• Assist Mill Operator with equipment adjustments and quality tests.• Perform routine maintenance, new set-ups, and tooling changes.• Complete entry operations such as TIG welding and spray painting.• Operate forklift and move raw materials or finished products.• Conduct process checks, rework, and paperwork.• Clear minor machine jams and maintain production schedule.• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.• Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measure for measurements.• Read and interpret mechanical prints.• Work in a team environment, follow directions, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
• Ability to drive a forklift is preferred.• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.• Strong mechanical ability and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).• Experience using industrial hand tools and machinery is required.
