Responsibilities:
Estate Planning: Create customized estate plans, including wills and trusts, to meet client objectives.
Asset Protection: Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications.
Trust Administration: Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Probate Assistance: Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus
Tax Planning: Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities.
Legal Research: Stay current on California trust and estate laws. In this role, you'll help clients secure their financial legacies, ensuring their estate plans align with their goals and wishes. No litigation involved.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday Requirements Qualifications: JD degree and California State Bar membership.
4 years of trust and estate planning experience.
Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
Benefits Salary: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year Benefits:
