Trust and Estate Associate Attorney Boston, Massachusetts Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law. 
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar. 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
