What's a typical day as a Trust Analyst? You'll be: • Compiling, reviewing, and analyzing the department's various regulatory reports and submitting them to the appropriate authorities by established deadlines.
• Completing and reviewing cash and security reconcilements, analyzing and resolving any variances.
• Reviewing and analyzing various exception reports such as failed trades, cash overdrafts, and cost and market value out of balances, taking necessary actions to resolve them.
• Acting as an escalation point for customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
• Producing and analyzing ad-hoc customer report requests.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating desktop procedures and checklists.
• Assisting in small to medium projects as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 months of financial service or customer service experience OR a High School Diploma (or the Equivalent) and 3 years of financial service or operations experience.
• Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel at an Intermediate Level.
• Possess integrity and trust, listening skills, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Have a drive for results and a strong attention to detail.
