Responsibilities
• Manage and execute Mobile Showroom events from concept to post event• Provide social media planning and recommendations for Mobile Showroom• Engage local influencers, bloggers, and local businesses• Build T-Mobile's visibility, credibility, and brand• Directly reach out into the local community and business environment• Identify opportunities to benefit the community• Manage and execute Mobile Showroom events for branded retail partners• Deliver world-class customer service• Motivate and coach employees and partner sales associates• Assist with one-on-one coaching and monthly performance reviews
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED required• 2-4 years management experience in a high volume environment preferred• Knowledge of retail store management and event management preferred• Experience in social media communications and customer engagement preferred• Passion, integrity, and energy to create a dynamic work environment• Experience working with multiple support teams and corporate departments• Experience in community outreach and building brand awareness• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United States
