POSITION: Truck and Pup, Strong Arm, Haul and Dump Truck Drivers LOCATION: Utah County

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Trucking Foreman, Truck Drivers are responsible for performing all driving duties in a safe manner, maintaining and cleaning assigned trucks, and performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
DUTIES:
Perform driving assignments. Maintain and clean assigned truck and perform daily pre and post trip inspections. Report any truck mechanical problems to maintenance division. Obey all traffic laws and ensure a safe and healthful work environment at all times. Assist other employees and work with others as a team on a construction crew. As needed, operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance. Must have a Class A or B CDL, current DOT Medical Card, a clean, insurable driving record. Able to work well with others in a team environment and follow instructions. Able to move at least 50 pounds. Must be able and available to Travel and work Out Of Town when needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/SAFETY:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Sitting : 50% of time Standing: 20% of time Driving: 30% of time Weight Lifted: Must frequently be able to lift and carry up to 65 pounds. May occasionally lift items above their head. Physical Movement : May frequently be required to walk over uneven ground, balance, stoop/crouch, kneel, grab and hold objects. Required to climb a ladder on the truck several times a day. Speaking / Listening : Needs to be able to communicate well with customers, dispatch, supervision, receive and follow instructions, and understand safety requirements. Working Conditions: 40% of time will be spent working outside in the elements. Must be able to work long and irregular hours (early and late) during the busy season.
