Tribal Court Administrator

Supervise Court Administration staff, including but not limited to hire, termination, performance review, training, scheduling, promotion, and discipline. Coordinate the preparation of court cases from opening to closing. Monitor and follow up on court orders with various sources to ensure compliance. Maintain records. Guarantee that accurate information is related to clients and confidentiality with clients is maintained. Supervise Court Administration staff and ensure Court Administration activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Tribal, Federal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
