Treatment Tech/Ra Part-Time Saturday And Sunday :Am-:Pm

Wayside Women's Treatment Center is seeking a Recovery Advocate.
Shift: 6:30am-2:30PM- 10:15PM SATURDAY and SUNDAY
Great job for students!  Wayside Women's Treatment Center provides residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment services for women who face the greatest challenges of achieving long-term sobriety. Residential treatment includes addressing substance use and mental health disorders and wraparound services including housing, health, employment, and parenting. What you will do:
· Be available to clients seeking guidance or support, as well as responding appropriately to identify needs.
· Supervise client activities.
· Respond to emergencies and effectively manage crisis.
· Record pertinent client data.
· Monitor health needs of clients and supervise clients in self-administration of prescribed medication.
· Assist with tasks associated with clients arriving and leaving Wayside.
· Collect urine specimens for drug screens.
· Complete required paperwork for admissions and discharges
Compensation:
$16.50 – $19.50 per hour DOQ.
Additional $2 per hour for working between the hours of 5:30pm-9:30pm. Additional $4 per hour for working between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a (shift must start before 4a to qualify). 
NOTE: CNA ADDITONAL $1.00 per hour; TMA ADDITIONAL $2.00 per hour Schedule/Hours: 2:00PM-10:00PM Sound like a good fit? A few requirements include:
· High school diploma/GED required.
· 18 years or older
· Adult and child CPR – training provided if needed.
· Microsoft office/outlook experience
· Must be able to maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state and federal guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
· Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
· Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
· Free of problematic substance-use for at least 1-year preceding employment.
· Must value diversity and able to relate and enjoy working with women and children of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
Preferred qualifications:
· Knowledge and/or experience in the field of substance use disorder and/or mental health.
