This role will report to Global Liquidity Risk Management (GLRM) Head of Policy and Framework Governance and support independent evaluation of the GLRM function assessing if its activities are designed appropriately, operating effectively, and are sustainable in accordance with the GLRM's relevant Policies, Standards and Procedures.Additionally, the role will also be responsible for ensuring the Issues are remediated on time. This includes identifying issue trends to support broader remediation efforts, where applicable. An initial focus will be on high-severity issues that requires urgent remediation. Over time, Business-as-Usual (BAU) control issues will be the primary focus. The successful candidate will interact directly with members of Global Liquidity Risk Management, Treasury Risk Management, Regional and Treasury, and business teams, with exposure to senior management.Controls (MCA)Assist in the monitoring of the adherence to the MCA Standard through controls after the execution of a process (QA).Execute insightful and value-added quality assurance reviews that independently assess components of the Global Liquidity Risk Management (GLRM) to identify risks, root causes, opportunities for improvement and support risk reduction.Support teams in assessing the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy and Control Inventory.Assist in performing a detailed analysis on the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommendations holistic corrective actions and improvements, provide check and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in according with Issue Management and Escalation Policies.Apply knowledge of the business, products or services to identify and implement control points and processes throughout the business.Additional duties as assigned.?Issues Management:Manage an effective GLRM wide end-to-end issue management program, including robust root cause analysis, timely remediation, and effective ongoing governance and reporting.Enhance and maintain relevant policies that support consistent execution of root cause analyses using best practice techniques?.Ensure timely and efficient execution of issue management projects resulting in high-quality output.Serve as a point for escalation to solve project delays or other challenges.Act as an agent of change for enacting a strong risk and control culture within Citi.Review and challenge the comprehensiveness and quality of issue management output from teams, providing strategic input where needed.Escalate issues on program structure and scope, or significant remediation issues as needed, to senior management.Participate in the development of the Liquidity Policy and Procedures and second line risk management processes.Produce presentation materials and present analysis to senior management and regulators.Qualifications:Must possess knowledge of system workflows, front-end and management reporting application systems, and knowledge in the utilization of database technology.3- 5 years Treasury experience including asset and liability management is a plusAttention to detail and accuracy are essential.Solid Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Risk Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Treasury Risk------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$87,280.00 - $130,920.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
