Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day investment and treasury operations of the Group• Execute operational due diligence program, including ongoing investment monitoring• Assist in cash management and treasury operations• Manage treasury operations and financial risk management• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions• Implement effective investment and treasury strategies• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements• Evaluate and implement financial technologies solutions• Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management• Assist in the development and management of a treasury policy and procedures manual• Continuously assess and improve treasury and investment processes• Collaborate with external managers, brokers, banks, and other counterparties• Review legal documents and investment contracts• Maintain files and records for the investment and treasury programs• Keep regulatory filings and fund documents up to date• Conduct investment bookkeeping and reconciliations• Assist with maintaining investment reporting software• Assist in preparation of financial reports and tax workpapers• Conduct investment research and support the investment team• Develop and maintain financial models• Work on special projects or any other assigned duties
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field• 5-8 years' progressive experience in finance, accounting, and treasury functions• Relevant certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus• Disciplined and organized with a strong work ethic• Ability to work independently and handle complexity• Logical, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Addepar, Word, and Excel• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements• Project and time management skills• Capability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
