Job Description The Treasury Client Services Professional IV - Corporate Card serves as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate card clients and Program administrators. As a subject matter expert, the TCSP IV works independently to assist customers with their service inquiries including but not limited to card utilization, adding new users to Spend Control, and Fleet cardholder inquiries. This position will also work in a consultative manner with Corporate Card Client Experience Consultants, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and Corporate Card Sales Specialist to ensure client experience is satisfactory.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.
How You'll Spend Your Time You will e nsure client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests. You will work with Operations, Corporate Card partners in troubleshooting problems/streamlining operating procedures. You will c ontinuously improve knowledge of required systems supporting corporate card clients. You will e scalate operational problems with Corporate Card and RPA process.
The following systems will be utilized in this role:
TSYS (Total Systems) Green Screens/Soni/Mocha; TSYS Access Manager; Spend Control; Power BI; Exchange; One Note; Business Invoicing
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor's preferred) and 4-6 years' experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
