Responsibilities
• Coordinates expediting list and procurement materials• Coordinates subcontractors' work and conducts meetings• Directs personnel and subcontractors, obtains permits and inspections• Confers with personnel and suppliers to resolve construction problems• Enforces safety policies and inspects work in progress• Review cost reports and complete back charges• Prepares/reviews reports on progress and adjusts work schedules• Coordinates and approves time and material costs• Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience supervising ground up multi-family commercial construction projects• Willingness to travel• Highly motivated with a passion for excellence• Professional with effective communication skills
