Superintendent Requirements: Previous experience as a Superintendent Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies. Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
