Responsible for mechanical projects ranging in size from $30M - $50M Manage staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal compliance. Maintain constructive relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff.
