Responsibilities
• Support the success of the clinicians through effective delivery of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE)• Perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties• Prepare patients for oral examination and assist other dental professionals in providing treatment• Work effectively with co-workers and patients• Execute active listening and address problems constructively
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Certification, licensure, or registration as mandated by state• Specialty Dental Assistants must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance• Ability to respond to common inquiries and make decisions under pressure• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Organized and detail-oriented• Results-oriented and customer service focused• Ability to handle and maintain patient records with extreme confidentiality
