Responsibilities
• Review all incoming receipts to ensure accurate billing• Track PO/s by vendor to manage funds• Process travel reimbursements• Assist in auditing expense reports• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors• Perform administrative duties such as filing and scanning• Assist with digital transformation for CNS• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Associates degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office applications• 2 years of experience in expense reporting and travel reimbursements• Extensive knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and pivot tables• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
