Responsibilities
• Sell the Loews experience, including hotel, restaurant, spa, golf, attractions, and events• Engage with guests, listen to their requests, and anticipate their needs• Maintain knowledge of hotel/room features and amenities to enhance the selling process• Accurately complete reservations and document guest requests• Handle guest requests promptly and escalate when necessary• Work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays• Attend training sessions and meetings
Requirements
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively• Cooperative and able to maintain confidentiality• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work effectively and make decisions in stressful situations• Organizational skills and adaptability to change• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications• High school diploma or GED equivalent• 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience in hospitality or sales• Preferred language skills: English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French
