BPM supplies high-value low-friction travel paramedics to ambulance services in need of short-term staffing support. Assignments are generally ninety days up to one year. Travelers work and integrate into the system's schedule, clinical expectations, and are under the day-to-day supervision of the client's team. To qualify as a travel paramedic candidates must complete an intensive screening and testing process. In general travel paramedics who earn a spot on the team will have to opportunity to accept three to four multi-month of assignments per year.
Working Conditions Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor conditions in a non-smoking environment. Requires lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying up to 50 pounds. BPM does not discriminate.
