Position / Specialty: Telemetry Observation RNTele observation unit is a 10-bed observation for patients who are being ruled out for certain diagnosis and is usually a 24 to 48 hour stay.Telemetry observation - Diagnosis varies (medical). Occasional overflow surgical. No medication drips.
