Responsibilities
• Accurately maintains Patient Transport Log• Evaluates and adjusts routes and schedules• Communicates changes in patient care/transport schedule• Maintains safe driving record with no violations• Maintains van and reports mechanical problems• Provides safe transport for patients• Assists patients with proper body mechanics and lift techniques
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• No experience required• Valid Driver's License• BLS (CPR) certification• Must have clean driving record• Must have 5 years of driving experience and approved MVR if driving Cone Health vehicle
