Responsibilities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of government transportation programs• Provide advisory support to management• Analyze and evaluate transportation-related programs• Develop innovative solutions and strategies for problem-solving• Monitor indicators and mechanisms for changes in goals, policies, and budgets• Interpret the impacts of developments on Federal transit assistance programs• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing• Plan and evaluate projects• Manage projects• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
Requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen• Meet specialized experience to qualify• Submit application and resume online by the closing date• Selective Service registration for males born after 12/31/1959• Government travel card will be issued for official business travel• Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Relocation, and Recruitment Incentive authorization varies• Must successfully complete a one-year probationary period• May be eligible for occasional and/or regularly scheduled telework• May be eligible for remote work• Must meet education/experience qualifications for the grade
