Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manage r to join our team and drive growth in our transportation and logistics division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining a strong customer base, generating consistent monthly revenue, and possessing expertise in various freights including FLT, LTL, Flatbed, Reefer, or Drayage.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations and service delivery. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and tactics. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on transportation and logistics. Strong customer base and network within the industry. Ability to generate consistent monthly revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. Experience with FLT, LTL, Flatbed, Reefer, or Drayage operations preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Benefits:
