Job Description

Transducer Mechanical Design Engineer - Reedsville, PA

We are looking for a talented, experienced Transducer Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The individual will be part of new product development teams that span the full range of development from feasibility studies to stable production.
The mechanical design of future generations of ultrasound transducer products and the interface to the ultrasound imaging system
Candidate will provide expertise in integrating mechanical design that will allow successful integration of acoustic, electrical and mechanical components to meet performance requirements of individual new product development designs.
The individual will be responsible for achieving new product performance, reliability, cost and schedule goals

You're the right fit if:
Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree required, Masters of Science preferred
5+ years of experience in regulated Mechanical Engineering product development/project engineering
The ability to design, develop, and debug mechanical components and assemblies for products and manufacturing tooling
Injection molded part design
Tolerance analysis
Proficient in using SolidWorks
