Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You'll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process. Apply now!Responsibilities:Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely mannerSchedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetingsOversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closeAid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loansEnter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activityCheck each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothlySchedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairsInput and monitor the pre-listing to the closing processQualifications:Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skillsExperience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferredDriven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experienceAbility and willingness to obtain an Ohio Real Estate LicenseAbout Company:A well-established real estate name in the area with over 3 decades of experience in helping people buy and sell real estate has launched a new division to the already successful model.
