Position Overview: The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. This includes managing multiple contracts, updating and maintaining transaction documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and communicating with all parties involved in the transaction.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate all phases of the real estate transaction process, including offer acceptance, contract review, inspections, appraisals, title searches, closing documents, and coordination of funding. Review, analyze, and negotiate real estate contracts and related documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documents and review for legal compliance. Coordinate and communicate with all related parties, such as attorneys, appraisers, lenders, escrow companies, title companies, and buyers and sellers. Maintain transaction files and records. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed including scheduling, ordering, etc. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or relevant field preferred 2+ years of experience in a similar position involving the closing/acquisition of real estate Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other related software programs.
