Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of engaging learning experiences for clients and staff• Create and deliver quality, interactive and engaging trainings• Assist in staff preparation and professional development initiatives• Coordinate and schedule all agencywide trainings and e-learning• Maintain and contribute to social media platforms• Serve as agency's Learning Management System (LMS) administrator• Research, procure, and assess vetted resources for trainings• Provide on-demand microlearning to staff on how to use the LMS• Create and maintain documentation and training resources• Assist with analyzing pretest, post-test, and data evaluation
Requirements
• Degree in technology and design related field• Minimum 2 years' experience in a training or teaching role• Experience working with an LMS• Strong documentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms• Valid driver's license and vehicle• Willingness to travel throughout the state

• Strong presentation skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Organizational and instructional skills• Ability to work effectively in a team• Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.• Ability to think creatively and plan work independently• Fluent bilingualism is beneficial
