On Day 1, we offer healthcare, accrued paid time off (PTO) and more.Responsibilities:Manage and conduct complex analyses for traffic signal optimization and corridor planning studiesAnalyze data for traffic, parking, and signal studies.Prepare, review and implement traffic signal timing plans.Perform field review and validation of signal timing optimization.Develop new work opportunities and prepare proposalsPrepare grant applications for communities to perform signal optimization.Serves as technical expert leading teams of engineers and technical staffProvide technical guidance to other departments and agenciesManage budgets, contracts, and other resources to achieve project goalsMentor and coach staff in developing traffic operations skillsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required, MS Preferred5+ years of related experience requiredMI PE License required, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
