As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within the Asset Wealth Management (AWM) you will provide comprehensive operational services to the Investment Bank's Customer Account Transfer business. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes. There is always an opportunity to learn, increase knowledge, to take on more responsibility. As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV you will responsible for liaising with our clients, product partners, processing teams and multiple other internal teams. This position includes performing key controls as well as providing the best quality client service to our clients and business partners. Job Responsibilities: Understand the function and relevant processes end to end Understand the fundamental concepts related to operational flow Perform day-to-day operations which may include facilitating settlements, transfers, cashiers, asset servicing or reconciliation Assist in identification of issues, analysis of problems and implementation of solutions Attend regular group meetings with managers to ensure sharing of information; Escalate issues in a timely manner Adhere to operating procedures; ensure procedures are up to date; non routine tasks should be reviewed and documented as necessary Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Strong attention to details Ability to analyze a process, identify and implement improvements Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment Ability to demonstrate a strong client focus; ability to partner with various internal groups Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credential, preferred Prior Securities Operation will be beneficial
