Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and are committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele. We will ensure you are set up for success on our flexible pay plans.Candidates experience in customer service, retail sales or the service/hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.Compensation:* Commission 25% of net sales price per unit, plus additional volume bonuses range from $500-$2500 per month.Benefits:Great working environmentPaid TrainingGenerous incentive and bonus programsPaid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversaryHoliday pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day if the Holiday does not land on a day in which the dealership and/or department is regularly closed or is a regularly scheduled day off.MedicalDental and Vision insurance* 401KResponsibilities:Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesBe the expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technologyBuild relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for lifePerform high-quality and professional demonstrationsWork all showfloor and internet leads to ensure maximum performanceFollow-up with buyers to ensure referral businessLearn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsDirect report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesQualifications:Available to work evenings & weekendsPrevious sales experienceDrive for financial rewardsProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.Clean driving record
