What you'll be responsible for:  As a Total Rewards Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of the Total Rewards programs at Circle. You will help ensure that the programs are market-leading while being accurately, fairly, and consistently applied to all employees. Being a member of the Total Rewards team means you will be customer-focused, agile, and data-driven. Overall, you will apply these principles to your work in order to contribute to the dynamic landscape of all areas of Total Rewards and ensure their alignment with Circle's philosophy.
What you'll work on: Support on compensation related matters (e.g. compensation cycle support, survey data collections, document creation,  job description review, ad hoc reporting).Assist with global benefits administration activities (e.g. open enrollment support, monthly activities and audits, vendor invoicing, retirement administration, wellness tracking).Engage with Talent Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation and benefit related matters.Coordinate with the HRIS and Payroll teams, to ensure data is accurate and audited regularly.Complete continuous data hygiene and process maintenance.Serve as a key representative for the Total Rewards team to all stakeholders. Be able to contribute to the dynamic landscape of all of Total Rewards, inclusive of Benefits and Compensation. You will aspire to our four core values: Multistakeholder - you have dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees and families and local communities.Mindful - you seek to be respectful, an active listener and to pay attention to detail.  Driven by Excellence - you are driven by our mission and our passion for customer success which means you relentlessly pursue excellence, that you do not tolerate mediocrity and you work intensely to achieve your goals. High Integrity - you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to very high moral and ethical standards.  You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance.What you'll bring to Circle:  1+ years of experience in human resources, finance, benefits or compensation.Strong analytical and reasoning ability.High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Mature ability to keep information confidential.Proficiency in GoogleSuite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs).Experience/familiarity with Slack and Apple MacOS.Additional Information: This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations. Hourly Pay Range: $28.37 - $38.94 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.
