Responsibilities
• Embrace Cadence Education philosophy• Encourage a positive learning environment• Document and share important milestones with parents• Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum• Respect and observe children's interests• Maintain safety and enhance children's play• Encourage and model social behavior and expectations• Share ideas in planning a daily schedule• Collaborate with other teachers and leaders• Balance activities: quiet/active, indoor/outdoor, fine/gross motor, etc.
Requirements
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours• 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare• Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education preferred• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
