Assignment Start Date: 3/18/2024
13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours/week guaranteed The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible nursing experience is required Licenses Certifications and Registration: Current unrestricted TN State license to practice as an LPN A BLS/BCLS certificate is required EMR System: EPIC experience desired
Shift: Nights 7 pm 7 am; 36/48 schedule
Additional Shift information: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation are required . General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs. Must complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
Radius Rule: The travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area Radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include the profile skills checklist and the following items: 1. Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS # 2.
