Job Overview:
The purpose of this job is to identify and resolve title exceptions brought forth by customers, dealers, and/or business partners via phone, email, and fax. Within the MBFS Center, it is imperative to provide knowledgeable, professional communication with our customer base. This position must consistently provide high levels of customer satisfaction in an effort to provide value and build brand loyalty with the end users of all brands represented.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These execptions include: state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions, title deficiency research, processing repossession titles, and the commercial title service. Customers include Dealer Relation Managers (consumer), consumer account holders, Fleet Services, Remarketing, GC Services, and dealers.

Process work items presented in ALFA, OnPoint, or Dealertrack Title Management System (TMS). Work items are made up of cases and reports for resolution of Duplicate VIN, Release Errors, Discrepancies, Responsiblity assignments from title vendor Dealertrack, and various other items. Identify trends based upon information from state tiling authroities and TMS reports.

Hold title vendor Dealertrack accountable for errors in processing through the submission of Field Issue Tracking (FIT)items. Build relationships with business partners at Dealertrack within the different business units of Release Services, Document Management, Client Services, and Title Services.

Processing of incoming and outgoing mail items, including titles, title applications, power of attorney, and other title related documents. Prepare daily package sent to vendor Dealertrack.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
Business-General: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Additional Knowledge:
Minimum 1 year of Titles Deficiency experience required.
