About your new role: As a Corporate Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customers, all departments and facilities as needed to provide sales support. Corporate Customer Service Representatives work with our Production Control team to ensure that all required dates are being met to assure customer requirements are being adhered to for all orders, including Kanban and Blanket Request. You will be responsible for a formal acknowledgement of purchase orders while also reviewing purchase orders for quantity, delivery, pricing, and changes. You will initiate new tools as well as all first-time and repeat production orders.
What you need: Associates degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experienceAt least one year of customer service or customer relations experienceExcellent organizational and communications skillsAbility to work as part of a teamProficient with charts, spreadsheets, and word processingWhat you'll receive: As a full-time Prent employee you'll be competitively compensated, based on experience.
