Timekeeper

Turner Industries Group is looking for a Timekeeper to join our nested maintenance team at a site in Deer Park, TX. The Timekeeper tracks site employees' time and verifies it against our client's gate log and time tracking system to ensure proper billing. The employee will utilize a combination of internal and external resources to be a point of contact for employee time and billing issues and concerns.
Note, per diem and relocation are not available for this position. The successful candidate will be local to the Houston, TX area.
Functional Requirements: The employee must be proficient in the following areas, but not limited to these duties.
MUST have verifiable previous experience as a Timekeeper in a petrochemical/ contractor environment. Should be comfortable using both Microsoft Office as well as Google software for email, documents, and spreadsheets. MUST have previous experience working with TRACK time log software. Previous SAP experience highly preferred. Qualification Standards: Must be a customer service minded professional Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation required Must possess a good personal credit history Must not pose a threat to health and safety of themselves or others. Work Environment Factors: a.) Location: industrial construction site and/or office environment
b.) Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground levels; obstructed pathways
c.) Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately indoor climate; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances; potential exposure to outdoor elements on occasion.
