NOW HIRING a Time & Labor Management Specialist : The Time & Labor Management Specialist is responsible for assisting clients with implementing and managing iSolved Time and Attendance systems while meeting and exceeding TPC and client expectations for service. Key responsibilities include large data manipulation, listening effectively and translating client requirements, providing product and subject matter expertise, creating, and maintaining historical documentation, installing/troubleshooting time clocks, configuring system components to meet customer requirements, and client training.

As a TLM Specialist, you'll be instrumental in maintaining efficient time and labor systems and delivering exceptional client support. Your key responsibilities include:
• Time & Labor System Analyst - Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Hardware Troubleshooter - Resolve time clock hardware and network connectivity issues promptly.
• Client Needs Analyst - Analyze client requirements and configure time and labor rules in web-based software.
• System Implementation Expert - Develop and implement time and labor management systems within iSolved.
• Documentation Reviewer - Review client handbooks and documents to establish attendance tracking systems.
• Advisory Support - Provide advice on accrual schedules, holiday pay rules, and attendance tracking to meet client goals.
• Onboarding Specialist - Gather client information to build client onboarding processes.
• Information Manager - Accurately track and save all information used to build client environments for future reference.
• Subject Matter Expert - Serve as the go-to expert for clients and staff.
• Training Educator - Provide end-user training on web-based products and capabilities.
• Help-Desk Support - Offer in-depth support, troubleshooting, solutions, and follow-through via phone, email, or other methods.
• Statutory Compliance Advisor - Provide critical and accurate statutory information on payroll requirements.
Position requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Four-year degree or equivalent combined education and work experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience implementing time and labor management systems is required. Experience working with iSolved or other Human Capital Management systems is beneficial. An understanding of basic payroll practices and processes is beneficial. A valid driver's license and ability to be covered under the Company's automobile insurance is required.
