• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets to resources for troubleshooting and resolution• Ensure SLAs are maintained• Assign out-of-scope tickets to appropriate teams• Perform proper follow-up on resolved incidents• Allocate resources based on workload
Requirements
• 2-4 years experience in customer service, help desk, or network operations center• Experience with Linux or Windows administration is a plus
