Responsibilities
• Setup and operate variety of machinery to blueprint specifications• Produce parts to highest-level finishes and tolerances• Use measuring tools and instruments for precision measuring• Move controls to set specified speeds, feed rates, and spacing between wheel faces• Lift and position work piece manually or with hoist• Secure work piece between wheels and on work rest• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 1+ years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience• Basic math skills required, advanced preferred• General computer skills• Knowledge and understanding of various measuring devices• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills and team player• Blueprint reading experience preferred• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends• Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace
