Responsibilities
• Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Cox product offerings• Matches customer needs with the right products and services to meet sales objectives• Executes promotions and campaigns to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives• Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers• Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues• Exhibits best-in-class customer service skills• Contributes to sales area upkeep and cleanliness• Explains and illustrates product and service capabilities• May be required to work in other locations as needed• Continuously expands industry knowledge
Requirements
• HS diploma or GED• Ability to meet sales, retention, and customer experience target goals• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays• Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services• Reliable transportation and ability to work at various retail locations• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
