Job Summary:
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in operational roles? We're seeking a Third Party Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing the operational aspects of our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute operational components of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle: initial risk assessment, periodic due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to guide them through the centralized TPRM process.
- Review inherent risk questionnaire (IRQ) responses and coordinate vendor due diligence reviews.
- Conduct non-technical third-party due diligence reviews and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Prepare annual vendor packages, document, monitor, and report on third-party issues and policy exceptions.
- Maintain complete and accurate third-party records and document TPRM procedures and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of proven work experience in third-party operations.
- Hands-on experience with RSA Archer and JIRA, along with strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships: Risk Management (FIL-29-2023) preferred.
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
Position Requirements:
This position primarily involves office work, with potential for remote work. Candidates should be comfortable sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing computer technology, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
