Responsibilities THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY - PRN  Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is located in beautiful Flowood, MS, a thriving city outside the capital of Jackson.  With a 120-bed capacity, Brentwood BH is the largest facility of its kind in Mississippi specializing in providing psychiatric treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults.  Our multidisciplinary team works to create a treatment plan tailored to each individual patient in a structured nurturing and therapeutic environment. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented PRN Therapist for Outpatient Services. (Hours will vary: evenings/weekends) The Therapist plans, provides, coordinates, documents, and evaluates direct and indirect social services to patients in accordance with established methods and procedures of the hospital / adolescent PHP/IOP program. These services include but are not limited to the following: individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, case management, treatment planning, rounding with clinical staff, attending/conducting unit and hospital meeting, discharge/care planning and follow-up resource development/assistance, and serving as a member on various committees. The Therapist further contributes to Social Services and the hospital through support of philosophy and objectives, educational efforts and Quality Management efforts. The Therapist is available to work any unit/department within the hospital as needed.

Preferred: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university; a current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC; and two years' experience in an in-patient psychiatric setting.
