Contractors are expected to provide a minimum of 5 hours a week of availability. More is always welcome, depending on your schedule. Hourly rate range for this role is$60- $72/hour.Pay rate is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to location, skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills.A$1,000 bonuswill be provided each quarter ifa total of 130+sessions are delivered/ completed every quarter.Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners, and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information, may not be accessed, disclosed, or used outside of the U.S. Please note that the U.S. is limited to the 50 states of the United States -- it does not include U.S. territories like Puerto Rico.What you will do:Provide high-quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platformComplete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of sessionMaintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.Keep your availability calendar up to dateStay in regular communication with clinical leadership, checking work emails in a timely fashion and responding within 24 hours, even if not workingWork with a collaborative care team, including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providersBe willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as neededRequired BackgroundMust be available forat least 5sessions per week, with the ability to flex up when neededNight and weekend flexibility is a plusClinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based careFamiliarity, comfort, and confidence with technology - various applications, tech tools, google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc. **Tech-savviness is a must**A safe secure location with a reliable Internet connection to provide Zoom-based psychotherapyEffective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (1 of which must be post-licensure)Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or licensure in other relevant mental health fields An independent clinical license to practice in good standing (without the need for clinical supervision)BC-TMH credential, if required by your state of licenseNot currently employed by one of Headspace's direct competitorsPreferred (If applicable)Licensure in multiple states is highly valuedLicensed Psychologist with a willingness to apply for (or is already enrolled) with PSYPACTAdolescent or Spanish specialityExperience and willingness to deliver concurrent documentationFamiliarity with the Headspace app and contentHeadspace participates in theE-Verify Program.Privacy StatementAll member records are protected according to ourPrivacy Policy.
